Update Theodolite Job resources for Kotlin-based implementation

From the discussion in #193 (comment 8233):

However, we should provide an example Job file for running Theodolite in non-operator-mode. We already one for our Python implemantion (https://git.se.informatik.uni-kiel.de/she/theodolite/-/blob/master/execution/theodolite.yaml) and this should be updated.
