The project Readme (i.e. the one located in theodolite) does not need to provide information on how to run Theodolite. Instead, it should target developers. See https://github.com/apache/kafka as an example.

It looks like these issues have already been addressed, but we should take a second look if all required information (at least everything demanded by these issues) is already presented in the Readme.

@wetzel Could you try to set up the development Readme such that a new developer could work with that? (Not sure if there is anything to do.)
