Adjust analysis notebooks for new implementation

Currently, the offline analysis and the saved results diverge. This issue aims to synchronize both versions to make the offline analysis runnable.

If I am correct, in the notebooks provided by @stu202077, a threshold_ratio was considered instead of an absolute value for the threshold. I am not sure if the next release should provide both options or just an absolute value for the threshold like in the current implementation @she? Your notebooks are very helpful in both cases @stu202077.

For the upcoming release, we should stick with the current version. But implementing the ratio threshold could immediately follow. :)

As discussed, I would suggest to only make "everything work again" and postpone importing the SLOs as Python modules to a second issue to move forward with our release (#255 (closed)).
