Generate CSV result file directly from Theodolite

Currently, the results file expXYZ_demand.csv and later expXYZ_capacity.csv can also be generated from our analysis notebooks. To increase usability, these files should also be created directly from Theodolite after running a benchmark. User can still recreate them from our notebooks, for example, to evaluate different warm up durations.
