Modified the example files so that they have the global configuration (Also modified the layout); The properties are now loaded and stored; The name of the component is language dependent; the component works now correctly within the editor.

Corrected the user management; Solved a minor issue with the growl component and dialogs; Continued with cockpit editor and cockpit
