Updated some libraries; Solved the context problem when using the maven jetty plugin; Continued with the templates

Replaced the jetty-runner with a never version; Updated the kieker jar; Solved a bug with invalid connections within the model.

Added some licensed and made sure that they are packed within the archive. Made also sure that the kieker.jar will be packed as well.
