Moved some code for code quality reasons; Updated the example; Filters and repositories can now be added correctly; Connections should now be handled correctly

Updated the kieker-jar; Moved a lot of code (for the graph) from CurrentAnalysisEditorBean.java into the new CurrentAnalysisEditorGraphBean.java; Removed the connections from the bean; Started with the usage of the correct class loader within CurrentAnalysisEditorBean.java; Made sure that the kieker-jar is now used for every project by default.
