Modified the example files so that they have the global configuration (Also modified the layout); The properties are now loaded and stored; The name of the component is language dependent; the component works now correctly within the editor.

Updated the kieker-jar; Replaced "Kieker-Administrator" with "admin" within the examples; Added a new example based on the TimeReader.
