-Use aggregation from titan with dataflow

-Use newer Kafkastreams version
-Remove unused ConfigurationKeys class

Due to the merge the project was not possible to build with gradle.
Because both projects changed the gradle build file some properties
were not added to the correct places in the file.
Further in one configuration class the same property existed twice.

Replace the kieker records with the avro records in uc3 application.

In order to not add a new configuration key that is needed by
all the kafka stream use case applications extract the configuration
keys to the kafkastreams common project.

To allow using the schema registry kafka streams builder
takes an URL for using late the avor schema regitstry
factory.

The Project is renamed to theodolite and therefore all packages
should be renamed likewise.

This allows the usecases to create its own Properties object if
needed.

Create an abstract KafkaStreamsBuilder class that can be used in kafka
streams use cases.
This should reduce the redundancy for reconfigure the properties in
every streams application.
Now only the topology needs to be defined by the use cases.
