- Add Pipeline Test for UC1 Hazelcast Jet Pipeline

Hazelcast Jet Benchmark Operator:

- Add Benchmark Operator Draft for UC1, UC2, UC3, UC4
- Change folder structure of kubernetes definitions for UC1, UC2, UC3, UC4

Hazelcast Jet Benchmark Implementation:

- Rework PipelineBuilder UC1
- Rework PipelineBuilder UC2
- Rework PipelineBuilder UC3
- Rework PipelineBuilder UC4

Ran first tests of new implementations and fixed Checkstyle and PMD errors.

Open/Known Problems:
- UC4 Pipeline test throws error hard to identify
- Kubernetes/Benchmark implementation needs testing

Remove the commit interval option as it is espacially for kafka
streams. Instead use the configurations option, which takes key
value pairs and set these as environment variables for the UC.

The order of the environment variables is atm crucial for the
run uc py.

Add the hierachie structure to the kubernetes workload generator
files.
Use the new structure in the run uc scripts.

Reorder the structure of the use cases to use a base and customize
this accordingly to their needs.

Add kustomaziation and patch files to replace in a later step
the usage of sed in the application sh files.

Replace the kieker records for reading and writing to/from kafka
with the avro records from Titan.
