Store experiment results and counter in a dedicated subdirectory

Instead of placing the experiment counter file as well as all results directly in execution, they should be placed in a dedicated subfolder. Optionally, this directory could be made configurable. If we hard code it for now, a new issue should be created for making it configurable.
