Add Kubernetes benchmark definitions for Flink

With !90 (merged) the benchmark implementation sources will be added. This tickets targets adding Kubernetes resource definitions for our Flink benchmarks.

This is already provided by @stu209212's Bachelor's thesis and only has to be migrated to refer to the modified implementation of !90 (merged). Current Kubernetes resources can be found in the apache-flink branch.
