Use official Confluent Platform Helm chart

Confluent Platform Helm chart is currently provided via my own repo (with !60 (merged) being merged) because the official Helm cahrts doe snot provide all metrics we would like to display in our dashboard (see this issue).

If Confluent is merging my Pull Request and releasing a new version, we could drop this custom chart and switch back to the official one.
