Add documentation for Helm chart

Depends on !60 (merged), is blocked by !83 (merged).

Documentation that goes into docs should cover:

• How to install Helm chart?
• How to use Theodolite after chart is installed?

The Readme placed close to the source code should cover all aspects that are required for a developer modifying the Helm chart.
