Percentage SLOChecker

When executing benchmarks different loads can be defined. At the moments a static threshold value is defined to evaluate the SLO. Especially for small load values it would be nice to have a more dynamic way to express the SLO. Therefore, using a percentage of the evaluated load for the threshold would be useful.

E.g. Threshold Percent: 5% Load: 100 -> Threshold: 5 Load: 500 -> Threshold: 25
