Stop load generator from generating Kafka topics if not exist
This causes many trouble from time to time, especially in development when sometimes the load generator creates topics with 1 partition if creating topics from a Kafka container is slower.

This seems rather to be a setting on the Kafka side than on the load generator side.
For our Docker-Compose files, we should be able to configure this with
KAFKA_AUTO_CREATE_TOPICS_ENABLE, see https://github.com/wurstmeister/kafka-docker/issues/10.Nontheless, we should catch and handle the exception thrown if trying to push to a non-existing topic.
