Allow multiplying values by resource patchers

When scaling two resource limits/requests (such as CPU and memory) proportionally, we need to scale of these. For example input values 100, 200, 300, ... might directly be used for CPU (with adding an m suffix, see #399 (closed)), but might be modified to 1GBi, 2GBi, 3GBi for the memory.
