Move Common configuration of use case applications into commons Project

The Kafka Streams use case applications have some common configurations that can be moved to the commons project.

Maybe we can create something like an abstract microservice or a microservice builder which can then be used by the individual benchmarks (which are supposed to mock typical microservices). This abstract ms/builder could also manage general configuration and maybe expose configuration parameters to its implementations.

The original issue is implement by !59 (merged) A new issue may be created for this.
