Add Support for Benchmarking Strategies

Multiple Strategies should be provided

1. basic - execute all subexperiments
2. heuristic 1 - after each subexperiment, either increase the dimension value or the number of instances
3. heuristic 2 - for each number of instances, determine the dimension value to which the SUT can sustain with binary search, considering already executed subexperiments
