Unify execution scripts

Currently they are almost copied from one to another.

Therefore, replace run_uc1-new.sh to run_uc4-new.sh by one configurable script run_subexp.sh.

Configuration options are:

• Topics to be created an deleted
• Kubernetes resources for the workload generator
• Kubernetes resources for the SUT (application)
• Add a temporary hack for the distributed workload generators for UC1 and UC3.
