Introduce hot fixes from the presentation branch

Benedikt Wetzel requested to merge wetzel/spesb:211-add-presentation-features into theodolite-kotlin

We have introduced small hot-fixes for our presentation. These still have to be transferred to the theodolite-kotlin branch. These are mainly:

  • wait for the future of create topics
  • catch exeception when deleting executions
  • test needed
