Use lag trend ratio instead of percent

For the OSP Benchmark the loads are 1,2, ... The messages per sec = load * 570 Therefore, a ratio 28,5 could be used to have a 5% lag trend. A general ratio instead of decimal percent values is more general and allows to handle this case
