Move Titan classes to Theodolite

Fixes #334 (closed). Introduces the commons project containing the ActivePowerRecord and SchemaRegistry related classes.

• Move Test from regular commons project
• Move titan-ccp-kafka to commons project
• Move kstreams specific classed from titan-ccp-kafka to kstreams-commons
• Move tests from titan-ccp-kafka commons accrodlingly
• Update the dependencies in all use cases:
  • UC 1-4 KStreams
  • UC 1-4 Flink
  • UC 1-4 Beam
  • LoadGenerators
