Refactor hazelcast jet benchmarks:

Refactors the hazelcast implementations according to #374 (closed) in order to add integration tests: Changes:

• Add HazelcastJetService for commons
• Add PipelineFactory for commons
• Add UcXPipelineFactoies for all usecases
• Add NewHistoryService for stepwise migration
