Made sure that the downloaded kieker jar will be copied to the classes directory during compiling (the redundant jar file is unnecessary now).

Started using Apache Derby as an embedded database for the user management (Currently the database is not secured and passwords are not hashed yet)

Corrected the spring dependencies; Made sure that ACManager, FSManager and PluginFinder are managed by Spring as well
