Removed unnecessary code and replaced some code parts with Mirror; Continued with the cockpit; Fixed some minor bugs; Modified the logging in order to use only a log file.

Made sure that the downloaded kieker jar will be copied to the classes directory during compiling (the redundant jar file is unnecessary now).

Modified the example files so that they have the global configuration (Also modified the layout); The properties are now loaded and stored; The name of the component is language dependent; the component works now correctly within the editor.

I removed the synchronized modificators at most of the bean's methods; Under normal circumstances it should not be possible that two tabs or browsers share the same view scoped bean.

Updated a lib; Added an information message to the cockpit editor and the cockpit about the development stage
