Remove Kafka and Zookeeper Clients from installation instructions/Helm charts

With our new Kotlin-based implementation, we do not longer need the Kafka and Zookeeper client pods. They should be removed from both the installation instructions and our Helm chart.

I prefer making the Kafka client optional (disabled per default) as it is useful for debugging.

With 431cca8e, the Kafka client is disabled per default in the Helm chart. The Zookeeper is not even installed with Helm.

We should still have to decide how we will proceed with this in the future.

A ZooKeeper client is currently started by default as it is needed for the Samza benchmarks. We might want to change the default behavior in the future for now, this issue should be resolved.
