Delete Confluent Helm Chart

Kafka and ZooKeeper from this are already not used anymore. The only thing we still use is the Confluent Schema Registry. It's probably easy to replace it by a plain Kubernetes Deployment + Service.

Will also solve #179 (closed) and #74 (closed).
