Allow Theodolite to deploy arbitrary resources

Currently, only a small set of Kubernetes resources is supported such as Deployments, ConfigMaps or Services. We need to support arbitrary other resources types. This also includes CRDs such as Strimzi Kubernetes topics.

Besides changes in the Theodolite source code, this also involves allowing users to extend the Theodolite Kubernetes role.
