Install Theodolite volumes using Helm

Add support (and pre-configuration) for:

• HostPath volumes
• local volumes
• Google Cloud Platform
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

There is also no special handling required for creating hostPath or local volumes. Such PersistentVolumes should be created outside of Helm and can be linked by setting the storageClassName parameter. However, we may would like to put the previous examples in our docs (#268).
